24 Week Ultrasound Shots: Beware of Nudity!

Had another ultrasound today (24 weeks... that's 6 months for all you guys!). I had more taken at my 20 week point, but I didn't get to see ANYTHING, so I went in and had them taken again.  Here is the profile of our little kiddo, as well as a "Popeye" arm (I have been craving spinach), a foot, and a "reaffirm" of the gender. He slept the whole time, and yawned a bunch. Looks like I'm up for some late nights with this one!

Bed skirt... check!

Well, it must be my maternal instinct kickin' in... I've begun to sew again. I made this adorable bed skirt (it's teal) for the kiddo, complete with kick pleat that you can't see because of the large black bar in the center! Ha! I'm glad all he hears are ambient noises, and not the crying, swearing and screaming I was doing at my sewing machine! Next... Seat cushions for the rocking chair!

Rock-in-Style, Baby!

What I've always wanted! My rocker arrived today, delivered right to the baby's room. This handmade rocker, by Hawk Point Joinery, is made of Queensland Maple from a solid tree in Australia! Isn't it GORGEOUS!
