First OB Appointment

Went today for my first OB appointment. Everything went smoothly. I've gained 5 pounds already! I had normal blood pressure, which I was very happy about. We tried to hear the baby's heartbeat with a doppler, but it wasn't prominent enough to be picked up yet. The doctor said we would get a strong heartbeat on the next visit, which will be February 9th, 2011.

Baby's First Ultrasound: 8 weeks and 1 day old!

Jason and I had our first ultrasound on 1/6/2011. Here is our little "turkey". Coming in at just under an inch long, the baby has a strong, fast heartbeat. The doctor also determined that our official due date would be August 17, 2011! We are both very excited!
Looking forward to next Wednesday for my first OB appointment!
